YES! Since opening our doors, we have lived by the motto you dream it, we make it. We want to bring your vision to life!
If you don't see something in our everyday collection that you love or want to incorporate a birthstone, date, name, etc. (the list goes on!), schedule an appointment with us today by emailing email@example.com.
Inherited a ring or diamond? We can work with you to design the perfect setting to enhance the stone you already own.
Of course, all engagement rings are custom.
When will I receive my Suzy B?
Please note that our items are made to order. Due to COVID-19, all orders should have a 6-week delivery time. Production times listed on each product's page are estimates and may experience delays to to COVID-19. If we are able to ship a piece earlier, you will be notified by email. We promise your Suzy B sparkle is worth the wait!
How do I notify that this is a gift?
If your purchase is a gift, and the recipient will not receive it in time for their occasion due to our lead times, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can send a special email with a gift notification (including a picture of their gift, if desired) informing that their jewels are on the way!
All purchases are wrapped in our Suzy B-branded boxes. Make sure to write a custom gift note in the "gift message" section during checkout.
How will I know when my order ships?
When your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. Once an item ships, it should arrive in 2 business days within the United States.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all items! Your Suzy B Jewelry orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all exchanges and returns for store credit.
Can I return my order?
We have a 14-day exchange or store credit policy if the product has a defect or problem, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns for personalized or custom pieces will not be accepted.
We pride ourselves in our customer service and our personalized experiences we hope to give each one of you. To arrange a return or exchange, please email email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What are accepted methods of payment?
For online orders, we accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece!

Where are our diamonds sourced?
"The seller will not knowingly sell conflict diamonds, and the diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations Resolutions. The seller, to the best of his ability, guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds."
At Suzy B, we use only the most dazzling diamonds, the most brilliant precious and semi-precious stones, and the most perfect pearls. All of our products are at least 14k solid gold. We do not carry silver, but offer all pieces in yellow, rose, or white gold.
